Terms and Conditions for Liquid Delivery

Welcome to Liquid Delivery! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including but not limited to food delivery, grocery delivery, liquor delivery, gas supply delivery, bike rides, and parcel delivery services (collectively referred to as "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Liquid Delivery's Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You also agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account by verifying your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Services Offered

Liquid Delivery provides the following Services:
Food Delivery: Order food from your favorite outlets near you. A commission of 8% to 10% is added to the price of each food item.
Green Groceries Delivery: Order fresh produce and groceries. A commission of 8% to 10% is added to the price of each item.
Supermarket Commodities, Liquor, and Gas Supply Delivery: These items are delivered without any additional commission.
Bike Rides and Parcel Delivery: These services are offered free of charge to our clients.

4. Pricing and Commissions

Food and Groceries: A commission of 8% to 10% is added to the price of each food item and grocery item.
Supermarket Commodities, Liquor, and Gas Supply: No commission is charged for these items.
Delivery Fees: Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the distance and location. These fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

5. Payment

You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account. Payment can be made through the methods available on our platform. Liquid Delivery reserves the right to change pricing and payment terms at any time.

6. Order Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel an order before it is confirmed by the merchant. Once the order is confirmed, cancellation may not be possible. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which can be found on our website.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
You agree not to use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm our delivery personnel or other users.

8. Liability

Liquid Delivery is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of the items delivered. Any issues with the products should be addressed directly with the merchant. We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software used on the Liquid Delivery platform are the property of Liquid Delivery or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
